    Hormones play a vital role in every woman’s health and well-being. Very often when women are in a bad mood, you will find that they, or their partners, blame it on their hormones.     New research has found that people with depression who received a daily dose of 1 gram of an omega-3 fatty acid for 12 weeks experienced a decrease in their symptoms, such as sadness, anxiety and sleeping problems.

    The "yeast connection" is a term to indicate the relationship of superficial yeast infections in your digestive tract (or vagina) to fatigue, headache, depression, PMS, irritability, and other symptoms that can make you feel "sick all over."
